Works Timeline

Enquiry

The works process begins as soon as Nuphalt Contracting receives an enquiry from the client. Our team will review these carefully and aim to respond in a timely manner.

Site Survey

Our qualified engineers will attend the site to understand the full picture of what is required. This can take place over one or more visits, depending on site requirements, and can be conducted in conjunction with the client or principle contractor.

Engineering Solutions

Nuphalt Contracting's civil engineers will develop a comprehensive and site-specific Engineering Proposal to remedy any underlying challenges present at the works locations. These include but are not limited to: extreme flow of water, steep incline, limited vehicle access, and subsidence. We can also supply CAD drawings if requested. Check out the Case Studies page for more details.

Preparatory Work

Prior to laying the Nu-Flex material, Nuphalt Contracting's qualified operatives and engineers will deliver the requisite preparatory work, as outlined in the Engineering Proposal.

Laying Nu-Flex

Once the site is ready, the Nu-Flex will be laid to the site-specific specification identified in the Engineering Proposal. The material is mixed on site and, once laid, the area will cure and be ready for use after 24 hours.

Aftercare

Following completion of the work, Nuphalt Contracting will attend a sign-off meeting with the client. We will conduct a followup survey at an agreed time period after the sign-off, to ensure all implemented solutions are performing as designed.
